		Bruce Hayter Managing Partner - Rix and Kay With responsibility for all Commercial Departments Bruce has been practising since 1982 and joined Rix & Kay in 2001, having been in-house Counsel and Director of a large local company. He specialises in Company Commercial and Employment Law. Bruce is a Director of Hailsham Trust. A keen sports enthusiast, having played rugby for Eastbourne, Bruce is a lifelong supporter of Plymouth Argyle and regularly attends matches at Northampton Town FC.

		Julie Banks Managing Director - Prontaprint Eastbourne Julie Banks is MD of Prontaprint, Eastbourne. The On Demand print business is 30 years old this year and has been owned by Julie for 14 years. Prontaprint supplies businesses, large and small, with their printing needs in Eastbourne, East Sussex and London. The business has grown consistently in turnover and profitability and has won and been runner up in the Eastbourne Business Awards 2008 & 2009. It has also recently been accredited with the prestigious ISO 9001 Quality Standard. Julie has 15 years previous experience working in relationship management for a number of blue chip companies, including United Biscuits and Citibank.

		John Males Partner - Watson Associates John studied at the University of Brighton in Accountancy and Finance. After which he studied for his Institute of Chartered Accountants on England and Wales, whilst working in private practice. John is now in his fifth year as a partner at Watson Associates, a leading and proactive firm of accountants in Sussex. He focuses on the practical application of academic and professional studies, combined with a genuine desire to drive owner managed businesses forward. He is a member of a number of networking groups in the 1066 area and supports the Capitalise Business Support Loan Panel. John lives in Eastbourne with his wife and two sons.
