		Bruce Hayter Managing Partner - Rix and Kay With responsibility for all Commercial Departments Bruce has been practising since 1982 and joined Rix & Kay in 2001, having been in-house Counsel and Director of a large local company. He specialises in Company Commercial and Employment Law. Bruce is a Director of Hailsham Trust. A keen sports enthusiast, having played rugby for Eastbourne, Bruce is a lifelong supporter of Plymouth Argyle and regularly attends matches at Northampton Town FC.

		Mark Lambird Managing Director – Eastbourne Motoring Centre Ltd Mark became involved in the family business from an early age, manning petrol pumps in his school holidays. He officially started work car valeting at the dealership in 1984, working in a variety of departments before settling in car sales. As Managing Director he has always been keen to try out new ways of doing business, piloting Vauxhalls original Network Q scheme amongst others. Before settling into the family business, several years in the Parachute Regiment confirmed his belief in the importance of teamwork and high staff morale which have proved very successful in the ongoing development of our business. Now married with two children and living locally, Mark continues to move the business forward, recently adding the Saab franchise to our established Vauxhall sales, service and parts. EMC has been named the most successful new car dealership in Eastbourne for the last three years (SMMT) and was recently awarded ‘Eastbourne Business of the Year'.

		John Males Partner - Watson Associates John studied at the University of Brighton in Accountancy and Finance. After which he studied for his Institute of Chartered Accountants on England and Wales, whilst working in private practice. John is now in his fifth year as a partner at Watson Associates, a leading and proactive firm of accountants in Sussex. He focuses on the practical application of academic and professional studies, combined with a genuine desire to drive owner managed businesses forward. He is a member of a number of networking groups in the 1066 area and supports the Capitalise Business Support Loan Panel. John lives in Eastbourne with his wife and two sons.
